Our own lovely dairy ice cream, thick with clotted cream, plus pieces of caramel fudge and a luscious heavy toffee ripple.
Just writing this descriptor is making my mouth water! This was the third flavour we created in the popular clotted cream ice cream range. People often ask us how we dream up new flavours. We’ll often ask the public and this flavour came about after asking a group of schoolchildren who were visiting for one of our farm tours. We asked them what their dream flavour would be and the decision was unanimous – something which incorporated gooey caramel sauce and lots of pieces of fudge.
