Are you looking to increase sales from the ice cream you sell? You could consider serving sundaes, milkshakes and traditional ice cream puddings in addition to ice cream in cones or tubs.

If you are a café, parlour or restaurant and are already stocked with sauces, sprinkles and whipped cream, then this could be a straightforward way to add value to your ice cream offerings. We receive lots of positive customer feedback – on average we’ve found that customers increase their ice cream sales by around 30% by offering puds and sundaes. You might charge your customers £2.50 for two scoops of ice cream but £4.50 for a sundae.

We can provide a bespoke wipeable ‘no tear’ menu card – complete with your company name on the front. We’ve carefully crafted a long list of dessert suggestions, so take a good look at the PDF below. Let us know exactly what you want printed on your menu card (up to eight dessert choices), and we’ll get it designed and printed for you. There is a minimum order of 20 menus at £2.00 each.

You are very welcome to include your own dessert ideas – our suggestions are just a guide. You can also mix and match the flavours and toppings to suit.
